Hi, I'm Brittany Wrenn. Thanks for stopping by to learn more about Beyond the Sale and what I do to offer real estate agents support and resources to live a better life while building their business. Many of us in the industry are stressed for various reasons; we overwork ourselves and, in turn, feel rundown. We're always seeking ways to "do more," whether that's getting more clients, selling more homes or making more money. But what if we could do more by doing less? What if we focused on prioritizing ourselves so that we can be more productive and build a sustainable business?
I work as a Vice President of Agent Development with Coldwell Banker Realty in the Chicagoland area. I transform real estate agents by coaching, educating, and developing them to elevate their business plan and strategy.
In addition, my passion is to reduce industry burnout; and increase the retention rate, along with long-term career happiness. I founded Beyond the Sale out of my own burnout. Through this, I provide resources to real estate professionals that support their physical, emotional, and mental well-being as they build and maintain their career. As a regular contributor to the National Association of REALTORS® magazine, I push to bring the conversation about wellness in the real estate industry to the forefront.

I write a column for the National Association of REALTORS® magazine where I highlight the importance of incorporating wellness techniques and self-care into your daily routine in order to build and maintain a healthy career as a real estate agent.
Conferences
I bring experts in their field of wellness to the real estate community face-to-face. The conferences allow like-minded real estate professionals to come together and share their experiences, while learning new ways to take care of themselves and operate their business. The goal is that this experience will help prevent burnout or help those suffering to come out of burnout.
Speaking
I speak at agent and industry events and on podcasts to further discuss and share the importance of wellness in our industry. The topics vary depending on the event and audience, however, they can include anything from "incorporating a burnout prevention plan into your business plan" to "self-care and time-management techniques."
Consulting
I consult with agents, associations, and anyone in the real estate industry seeking to improve the way they operate. Consulting can look like anything from coaching sessions to workshops to wellness program development to speaking engagements. I am happy to work with your needs to develop the right path.
